Final two days of the 2013 Detroit Spring Camper & RV Show

The cure for cabin fever is the 47th Annual Detroit Camper & RV Show, February 6-10, 2013, in Novi at the Suburban Collection Showplace (located on Grand River, between Novi and Beck roads).

I've already been to the show and have successfully been rejuvenated. There's nothing like an RV show to get me wishing the camping season was already upon us. Look for more videos from the show as soon as I'm able to produce them.

Sponsored by the Michigan Association of Recreation Vehicles and Campgrounds (MARVAC), the RV show features all types of new 2013 recreation vehicles — over 275 units and 50 brands displayed including folding campers, motor homes, travel trailers, truck campers, fifth wheel travel trailers and toy haulers.

On display at the show, you’ll see folding campers from $4,999, trailers from $8,999 and motorhomes from $49,999. Discounts on 2012 models, plus, manufacturer rebates on select RVs. Booths featuring parts and accessories, campground information, on site RV financing and RV rentals make this the complete RV show experience.

The 47th Annual Detroit Camper & RV Show is in Novi at the Suburban Collection Showplace and is open Saturday 11 a.m.-9 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m.-6 p.m. The cost for adult admission (ages 13 and up) is $9; senior admission is $8; children ages 12 and under are admitted free.
