CONY and Syracuse-based Rounded Development have developed an application for use on smart phones and tablets, providing screen-friendly information about New York campgrounds and RV parks, including distance markers, turn-by-turn route mapping, and links to websites, emails, reservation pages, and phone numbers. The app officially launched Feb. 28.
The app is FREE, and it is available at Apple's App Store for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad, and from Android's Market for Android devices and tablets. You can find the app by typing in "NY Campground & RV Park Guide," or use keyword searches for CONY, New York campgrounds, NY campgrounds, New York camping, camping New York, camping or RV parks.
Download the app to your device and see all the features available for researching camping in New York, save campgrounds to a favorite list, and easily share your experience with friends on Facebook, Twitter or via email.
