Grand Rapids Camper, Travel & RV Show coming Jan. 14-16

The Grand Rapids Camper, Travel & RV Show is coming to DeVos Place in Grand Rapids Jan. 14-16. (Click here for a map and directions.) The show will focus on vacations and showcase the latest RVs, accessories, campgrounds and travel destinations. 

A dozen West Michigan RV dealers representing more than 125 RV lines combined with 200,000+ square feet results in the biggest RV Show in the state - The Grand Rapids Camper, Travel & RV Show. 

Features & Attractions

- A vintage RV display, including unique Airstreams, a Studebaker, a Hunt House Car from the RV History Museum in Elkhart, Indiana and many more restored, original vehicles from the 1920s-1960s. - A wide range of vehicles from the biggest RV rigs to easy pop-up campers and including many new environmentally-friendly, smaller, lightweight travel vehicles built for flexibility.

- 12 local dealers bringing more than 250 RVs and Campers. Dealers include: All Seasons RV, American RV, Camp America RV Centre, Egg Camper Inc., General RV Center, Holland Motor Homes, Midway RV Center, RV World, TerryTown Travel Center, Vacationland Sales, Veurink’s RV Center, Woodland Travel Center and more.

- More than 30 campground destinations and the latest RV & camping accessories. 

- Free Seminars on Michigan and Alaska RV Travel Adventures with travel author, Jim DuFresne. Jim DuFresne is a renowned travel author and avid hiker who has trekked around the world.  DuFresne has written more than 15 guidebooks, including titles for Alaska, New Zealand, Australia, and Nepal.  Living in Michigan, he has also written books on our wonderful state parks and hiking trails. His Alaskan seminar will his audience on a trip through Alaska on a road trip that includes the Alaska Highway and towns ranging from Fairbanks in the north to Ketchikan in the south. DuFresne covers everything from how long the drive on the Alaska Highway takes to the sights not to miss once you’ve reached Alaska.

- Daily family entertainment at the Cran-Hill Ranch Family Zone, including a bounce house, climbing wall and more.

Show Hours: 
Noon to 9:30 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. 

Admission: 
$8 for adults, $3 for children 6 to 14, free for children 5 and under.
