“We engineered the Carryout G3 to continue the decade-long success of the Carryout product family as this next generation offers stronger signal strength in an aesthetically pleasing design for an enhanced experience,” said JD Hoffman, RV satellite product manager. “Our goal is to help customers enjoy the comforts of home while on the road while providing access to premium channels and programs for years to come.”
The Carryout G3 is compatible with DIRECTV and DISH along with Bell (Canada). It automatically locks into the provider’s satellites for a reliable signal, so you can watch TV anytime, anywhere.
“The improved design houses a larger reflector, which increases signal strength up to 20 percent,” said Brent Venghaus, Winegard director of engineering. “The Carryout G3 is flexible so RVers can choose to use it as a portable or a roof mounted antenna. Its shorter height gives the RV owner more clearance when around low-hanging objects such as tree branches.”
The Carryout G3 is powered over coax through the included power inserter, so no 12V power is needed and supports two receivers for two TVs. For increased accessibility and convenience, the customer can change their service provider themselves by accessing the power inserter without needing to remove the antenna dome.
